SWATW SERVIES ADULT HOMELESS MEN, WOMEN/ WOMEN WITH CHILDREN WHO ARE VICTIMS AFFECTED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, INCARCERATION, HIV AND OTHER VIOLENT CRIMES OR CRISES. WE ENDEAVOR TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO RESTORATION, EMPOWER THEM TO MOVE FOWARD WITH THEIR LIVES, EQUIP THEM TO ACHIEVE AND SUSTAIN POSITIVE LIFESTYLES TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE, SELF-SUFFICIENT CITIZENS. PROGRAMS INCLUDE NO-COST EMERGENCY AND LONG-TERM SHELTER (UP TO 18 MONTHS), INDIVIDUALIZED CASE MANAGEMENT, VICTIM SPECIFIC COUNSELING, LICENSED THERAPY, LEGAL ASSISTANCE/ADVOCACY, COLLABORATIVE AND COORDINATED REFERRALS TO OTHER COMMUNITY SERVICE PROVIDERS, SOCIAL SERVICE ADVOCACY,EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE, PERMANENT HOUSING PLACEMENTS WITH RENT AND UTILITY DEPOSIT PAYMENTS, CHILD CARE AND CLIENT TRANSPORTATION WHILE TARGETING THE CLIENTS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, FINANCIAL STABILITY AND PERMANENT HOUSING NEEDS.
