ARTS AFTER HOURS - THIS DYNAMIC NETWORKING EVENT HELD EACH YEAR IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE EUGENE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE-GIVES LOCAL ART ORGANIZATIONS THE OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS. IT DRAWS OVER TWENTY ART ORGANIZATIONS AND 300 GUESTS. BRAVA BREAKFASTS - HELD TWICE ANNUALLY, BRAVA BREAKFASTS CELEBRATE ARTS LEADERSHIP AND ARTS AND BUSINESS CONNECTIONS. IN THE SPRING, ABAE PRESENTS AWARDS FOR OUTSTANDING ARTS AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS. THE FALL BREAKFAST FEATURES AN INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKER ON ARTS AND BUSINESS COLLABORATION. ARTS & ECONOMIC PROSPERITY STUDY - THIS NATIONWIDE STUDY PRODUCED BY AMERICANS FOR THE ARTS REVEALS THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE ARTS ON LOCAL ECONOMIES. ABAE PARTNERS WITH THE CITY OF EUGENE, UNIVERSITY OF OREGON, AND LANE ARTS COUNCIL TO LOCALIZE THE STUDY'S RESULTS TO THE EUGENE AREA. THE COMMUNITY IS USING THE RESULTS OF THIS STUDY AS COMPELLING EVIDENCE THAT THE ARTS PLAY A BIG ECONOMIC ROLE IN OUR CITY- MORE REASON THAN EVER TO PARTNER WITH ARTS ORGANIZATIONS.
