OUR 13TH ANNUAL TRIFEST FOR MS OPERATED AS NORMAL UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF COVID PROTOCOL. OUR NUMBERS ATTRACTED 1,058 PARTICIPANTS FROM 17 STATES. OUR STATED MISSION GOAL IS TO ACCOMPLISH RAISING AWARENESS OF MS, RESEARCH AND ENCOURAGING THE MS COMMUNITY. THROUGH THIS YEAR'S EVENT WE WERE ABLE TO RAISE 80,000 TO DONATE TO MS RESEARCH DOCTORS ON OUR ROSTER. THE RESEARCH SCIENTISTS ON OUR ROSTER ARE FROM UAMS, NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY AND UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA AT SAN FRANCISCO.
FUND-RACERS FOR MS, WITH 50 MEMBERS IN 2023, TRAINED AND RAISED FUNDS ON OUR BEHALF. THE COMMUNITY RAISED 55,000.
IN 2023, WE CONTINUED TO EXPAND OUR EVENT OFFERINGS. GRAVELFEST FOR MS WAS IN ITS 3RD YEAR. SPLASH & DASH WAS HELD THIS YEAR IN JUNE, MARKING ITS 6TH YEAR OF EXISTENCE. THESE EVENTS SUPPORT OUR LARGER MISSION TO BE A TOTAL ENDURANCE EVENT SOLUTION FOR THE MULTI-SPORT ATHLETE, PROVIDING EVENTS THAT NURTURE AND FEED THEIR INTEREST, ULTIMATELY LEADING TO PARTICIPATION IN OUR PREMIER EVENT IN SEPTEMBER, THE ANNUAL TRIFEST FOR MS. WE ADDED A NEW EVENT IN 2023 CALLED THE DISCO BALL FOR MS, THIS FIRST YEAR EVENT RAISED 8,000 AND WILL BE A COMPETITIVE EVENT TO TRIFEST FOR MS FOR THE FUNDS WE RAISE AS AN ORGANIZATION MOVING FORWARD.
