PROGRAMS INCLUDE A FARMER'S MARKET TO PROVIDE FRESH HEALTHY FOOD WITH 55 VENDORS PROVIDING TO 1,000 WEEKLY ATTENDEES. THE PASCO SPECIALTY KITCHEN HELPS ENTREPRENEURS OPEN UP THEIR FOOD INDUSTRY TO BUSINESS, IN THE CURRENT YEAR 24 CLIENTS WERE SERVED. CINCO DE MAYO IS A COMMUNITY CELEBRATION TO BRING THE TRI-CITIES TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE WITH TRADITIONAL MEXICAN FOOD AND MUSIC WITH APPROXIMATELY 300 ATTENDEES EACH WEEKEND AND THE FINAL WEEKEND HAVING 1,200 ATTENDEES. FIERY FOODS IS AN EVENT WHERE COMMUNITY MEMBERS PUT THEIR BEST SALSA UP FOR COMPETITION AND WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19 SPIKE.
