WE COMPLETED OUR FOURTH CONTRACTUAL YEAR WITH THE CITY OF FLAGSTAFF AND COCONINO COUNTY IN 2022. WE WELCOMED 3,218 ANIMALS AND ADOPTED OUT 2,188 ANIMALS INTO NEW HOMES. WE ARE RUNNING A ROBUST FOSTER PROGRAM AND 1,650 ANIMALS WERE CARED FOR BY OVER 907 VOLUNTEER FAMILIES THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE YEAR. OUR MEDICAL CLINIC PERFORMED 2,714 SPAY AND NEUTER SURGERIES INCLUDING 771 OF THEM FOR PUBLIC CLIENTS AND MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY. WE VACCINATED 1,090 ANIMALS DURING OUR SEMI-MONTHLY VACCINE CLINICS AND WE ALSO PROVIDED FREE PET FOOD TO 3,037 ANIMALS IN 2022.
