IN-HOME CARE IS A LICENSED HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY THAT OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE, NON-MEDICAL PERSONAL CARE SERVICES TO HOMEBOUND INDIVIDUALS OR THOSE WITH A DISABILITY LIVING IN NEW HAMPSHIRE. THIS PROGRAM HELPS NEW HAMPSHIRE FAMILIES SUPPORT THEIR LOVED ONES WITHPERSONALIZED CARE AND ASSISTANCE THAT ENRICHES LIVES AND HELPS MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND SAFETY. CLIENTS ARE GIVEN CHOICE AND CONTROL OVER THEIR CARE; THEY ARE INVOLVED IN CHOOSING THEIR CAREGIVER, SCHEDULING AND CREATING A PLAN OF CARE.
