HUDSON VISTA MEDICAL PROVIDES MULTI-SPECIALTY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO ST. LUKE'S CORNWALL HOSPITAL PATIENTS. THE CORPORATION OPERATES IN FURTHERANCE AND SUPPORT OF THE CHARITABLE, HEALTHCARE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC MISSION OF MONTEFIORE ST. LUKE'S CORNWALL HOSPITAL AND THE PATIENT POPULATIONS AND COMMUNITIES SERVED BY MONTEFIORE ST. LUKE'S CORNWALL HOSPITAL.
