THE LEAGUE IS IN EXISTANCE TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY STRUCTURE FOR NUMEROUS TEAMS TO COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER. THE LEAGUE PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS, SUCH AS SCHEDULING, PROVIDING ON AND OFF ICE OFFICIATING, AND PROMOTING THE LEAGUE THORUGH PRINTED PUBLICATIONS SUCH AS ANNUAL MEDIA GUIDES.
