$250,004 WAS PAID TO GUARNERI INTEGRATIVE HEALTH INC. (GIH) FROM THE TAYLOR ENDOWMENT FUND. OF THIS TOTAL, $50,000 WAS FOR THE INTEGRATIVE DOCTOR RESIDENCY PROGRAMS AT GIH'S PACIFIC PEARL OF LA JOLLA INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER FOR FOURTH YEAR MEDICAL STUDENTS, AS WELL AS FOR MEDICAL ROTATIONS FOR STUDENTS OF THE ACADEMY OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE (AIHM). $200,000 OF THIS TOTAL WAS PAID FOR DR. MIMI GUARNERIS WORK IN THE FIELD OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE EDUCATION LOCALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. AS MIRAGLO FOUNDATION DOES NOT CURRENTLY UTILIZE A PAYROLL SERVICES, AN EMPLOYMENT LEASING ARRANGEMENT WAS ENTERED INTO WITH GUARNERI INTEGRATIVE HEALTH INC, WHICH IS 100% OWNED BY ERMINIA GUARNERI MD, TREASURER OF MIRAGLO FOUNDATION.
