USING THE BEST CLINICAL STRATEGIES COUPLED WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES, BETHESDA WORKSHOPS ENCOURAGES SEXUAL WHOLENESS BY MINISTERING TO THOSE DAMAGED BY SEXUAL ADDICTION AND PROVIDING TRAINING TO CLINICIANS AND CHURCHES THAT ASSIST THESE STRUGGLERS.

BETHESDA WORKSHOPS CONDUCTS INTENSIVE FOUR-DAY THERAPEUTIC WORKSHOPS FOR RECOVERY FROM SEXUAL ADDICTION AND CO-SEX ADDICTION. EACH WORKSHOP PROVIDES A HUGE JUMP START TO SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, BEHAVIORAL, AND RELATIONAL HEALING. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESTRICTIONS REQUIRED DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN 2020, BETHESDA WORKSHOPS MOVED TO A FULLY ONLINE PROGRAM FOR THE INDIVIDUAL INTENSIVES. THE MODIFIED VERSION OF OUR IN- PERSON WORKSHOP MAINTAINED OUR HIGHLY EFFECTIVE MODEL IN A PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL/SUPPORTIVE FORMAT FOCUSED ON SEX ADDICTION AND RECOVERY 101. IN 2021, EIGHT WORKSHOPS WERE STILL CONDUCTED ONLINE, HOWEVER, IN APRIL WE BEGAN TO BE BACK IN PERSON AND BY JULY ALL WORKSHOPS WERE IN-PERSON. BETHESDA WORKSHOPS ALSO PROVIDES TRAINING FOR CLINICIANS AND PASTORS TO EQUIP THEM TO BETTER SERVE THIS POPULATION. BETHESDA WORKSHOPS OFFERS FIVE SEPARATE PROGRAMS SERVING THESE POPULATIONS: MALE SEX ADDICTS, FEMALE SEX ADDICTS, PARTNERS OF SEX ADDICTS (CALLED "CO-ADDICTS"), SEX ADDICT/CO-ADDICT COUPLES AND TEEN SEX ADDICTS AND THEIR PARENTS. IN 2021, BETHESDA WORKSHOPS SERVED A TOTAL OF 262 WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS.
