TO TEACH THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT LOCAL FOOD AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE SAME THROUGH EDUCATIONAL FARMER MARKETS AND THE AGRICULTURAL FAIR. THE MISSION IS TO EDUCATE THE CONSUMER ABOUT THE MAIN BENEFITS OF LOCAL FOOD TO OUR HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT. DIRECT ACCESS TO BARNSTABLE COUNTY'S LOCAL HARVEST AND HARVESTERS WILL ENHANCE AND ENRICH THE COMMUNITY BY OFFERING COMMUNITY-LED EDUCATION AS WELL AS A VENUE TO SELL PRODUCTS GROWN, RAISED,CAUGHT OR PRODUCED ON CAPE COD BY PARTICIPATING VENDORS.
