THE HOLSTEIN FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) PROVIDES YOUTH PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCE DAIRY KNOWLEDGE, PROVIDE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, TEACH TEAMWORK AND FOSTER DECISION-MAKING SKILLS. THE GOAL IS TO STRENGTHEN YOUNG ADULT LEADERS' SKILLS IN MEDIA RELATIONS, BOARD LEADERSHIP, AND THE PUBLIC POLICY PROCESS TO PREPARE THEM TO ADDRESS THE FULL RANGE OF ISSUES FACING RURAL AMERICA.
