THE ORGANIZATION SPONSORS A COUNTY WIDE SCIENCE FAIR CLOSELY AFFILIATED WITH THE INTEL INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE FAIR (ISEF) AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE SCIENCE FAIR (CSSF). THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO PROMOTE SCIENTIFIC INQUIRY, PROJECT AND RESEARCH BASED SCIENCE AMONG STUDENTS WITHIN ALAMEDA COUNTY. THE FAIR IS ACCESSIBLE TO ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITHIN THE COUNTY, INCLUDING PUBLIC, PRIVATE, CHARTER, PAROCHIAL AND HOME SCHOOLED STUDENTS. PRE-SCIENCE FAIR WORKSHOPS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED IN CITIES THROUGHOUT ALAMEDA COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO WORKS CLOSELY WITH TEACHERS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENT PARTICIPATION AND TO PREPARE SCIENCE RESEARCH PROJECTS.
