SCIENCE IN THE PARK DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRAMMING - QUEST PREPARED THE QUEST PLAZA AT STOCKMAN'S PARK LOCATION AND PROGRAMMED SIX HANDS-ON PROGRAMS FOR KIDS, TEENS, AND ADULTS FROM JUNE-OCTOBER. THESE PROGRAMS WERE WELL ATTENDED, ATTRACTING 200-400+ KIDS AND ADULTS. PROGRAMS WERE: SCIENCE OF BUBBLES, SCIENCE OF PERCEPTION, SCIENCE OF MUSIC, SCIENCE OF WATER, SCIENCE OF ENGINEERING, AND SCIENCE OF COFFEE.


EDUCATION PROGRAMMING - QUEST DEVELOPED AND PROGRAMMED SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, INCLUDING A SUMMER CAMP WITH OVER 100 STUDENTS, A GREEN ENGINEERING ACADEMY AT A LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL, SCIENCE PROGRAMS FOR A BOYS & GIRLS CLUB, A COMPUTER GENERATED ART EXHIBITION, A "PHYSICS OF PHONES" PROGRAM PROVIDED AREA HIGH SCHOOLS, AND AN ON-LINE SPEAKER SERIES.


TRI-VALLEY INNOVATION FAIR - QUEST PLANNED AND DEVELOPED THE 4TH ANNUAL TRI-VALLEY INNOVATION FAIR TO BE HELD AT THE ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. THIS EVENT WILL CONNECT EVERYONE TO THE EXCITEMENT OF SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, AND TECHNOLOGY, AND SHOWCASE INNOVATIVE REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. THE EVENT SCHEDULED FOR 2021 NEEDED TO BE POSTPONED TO 2022 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
