PROVIDE LOW INTEREST FINANCING OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY HOME IMPROVEMENTS MEETING CERTAIN CRITERIA.
PERFORM VISUAL AND COMPREHENSIVE AUDITS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY HOME IMPROVEMENTS.
PERFORM POST-AUDITS TO DETERMINE THAT ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECTS MET ESTABLISHED CRITERIA.
COLLECT PRE-ENERGY AND POST-ENERGY USAGE DATA TO DETERMINE THE OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAM.
