TO FURTHER THE UNDERSTANDING OF JAPANESE CULTURE BY PRESENTING, PROMOTING, AND CONDUCTING SUCH EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS AS LECTURES, FORUMS, AND CONFERENCES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO EXPERIENCE MANY ASPECTS OF JAPANESE CULTURE AND ART FORMS.

THE ORGANIZATION ORGANIZES AND OPERATES A 3 DAY CONVENTION THAT CELEBRATES AND EDUCATES THE JAPANESE POP CULTURE. TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, LANGUAGE, ANIMATION, COMICS, DRAWING, CREATIVE WRITING, DANCE, FASHION, MUSIC, THEATRICAL PRESENTATION, AND COMPUTER-GENERATED GRAPHIC ART. THE CONVENTION IS HELD IN THE GREATER KANSAS CITY AREA DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY OR MARCH. TIMES OUTSIDE THE CONVENTION DATES ARE SPENT PLANNING AND ORGANIZING FOR THE CONVENTION.
