KIRABO SEEDS 2021 YEAR IN REVIEW:COMING OUT OF THE COVID PANDEMIC KIRABO SEEDS MINISTRY RETURNED TO SOMEWHAT NORMAL ACTIVITY FOCUSING ON REESTABLISHING EDUCATION AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES. STAFF STABILITY CONTINUED WITH 6 FULL AND PART-TIME STAFF CARING FOR 17 CHILDREN. WITH CHILDREN BACK TO IN-PERSON SCHOOL IN 2021, RETURNING TO AN IMPACTFUL SCHEDULE FOR THE STAFF AND CHILDREN WAS OUR TOP PRIORITY. THROUGHOUT OUR KS HISTORY WE ARE GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR HIS PROVISION IN OUR MINISTRY. WE CONTINUE TO LOVE AND CARE FOR THESE SPECIAL CHILDREN AND RAISE THEM IN A GODLY, NURTURING, AND SAFE HOME.SOME ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND KEY ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR:-THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ON A BI-MONTHLY BASIS, JIM AND ERICA CONTINUED TO HOLD BI-WEEKLY CONFERENCE CALLS WITH KS UGANDAN LEADERSHIP-JOINED BY OUR EDUCATOR ADVISOR STEPHANIE, WE HELD ABOUT QUARTERLY EDUCATION MEETINGS COLLABORATING ON ACADEMIC, SCHOOL, AND LEARNING CHALLENGES AND OFFERING RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE STAFF TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE-ONE NEWSLETTERS PUBLISHED IN 2021-MAINTAINED REGULAR CONVERSATIONS AND COLLABORATION ABOUT NEW CHALLENGES WITH RAISING TEENAGE CHILDREN-TO BETTER ALIGN WITH OUR ACADEMIC GOALS, OUR PRIMARY CHILDREN CHANGED SCHOOLS-DONOR COMMUNICATIONS CONTINUED QUARTERLY-FINANCIAL SUPPORT CONTINUED TO MEET THE EXPENSE NEEDS OF THE MINISTRY-HELD TWO BOARD MEETINGS DURING THE YEAR-BEGAN DISCUSSIONS ABOUT KS FUTURE MINISTRY PLANS AND GOALS-SUPPORTED NEIGHBORING OASIS CHILDREN'S HOME MINISTRY-STABLE STAFF, NO TURNOVER, GOOD COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US AND UGANDA TEAM-OUR DIRECTOR WAS MARRIED DURING THE YEAR-COMPLETED A 4 WEEK LEADERSHIP COURSE ON MANAGING MONEY GOD'S WAY-RESETTLED ONE STUDENT INTO A RESIDENCE MECHANIC VOCATIONAL SCHOOL-BEGAN FACILITY MAINTENANCE UPDATE PLAN WHICH WILL CONCLUDE IN 2022
