Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
IN 2022 WE GAVE/HOSTED OVER 1300 OUTREACH PROGRAMS/EVENTS/TOURS THROUGHOUT COLORADO AND THE SURROUNDING STATES. OUR STAFF TEAM GREW AS DID OUR AMBASSADOR TEAM. WE REACHED THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS PRESCHOOL THROUGH COLLEGE IN HOPES THAT BY SEEING OUR AMBASSADORS UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL AND LEARNING ABOUT CONSERVATION, THEY WILL FEEL A STRONGER CONNECTION AND WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVE CONSERVATION. WITHOUT PROGRAMS LIKE OURS, SOME INDIVIDUALS WILL NEVER HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT THESE ANIMALS NOR SEE THEM UP CLOSE. OUR PROGRAMS AT ROYAL GORGE BRIDGE AND PARK REACH INDIVIDUALS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD! OUR NEW NATURE CENTER IN FREMONT COUNTY IS SEEING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN AN AREA WHERE PREVIOUSLY, THERE WAS NOT A NATURE CENTER. WE ARE NOW FILLING THAT NICHE IN OUR COMMUNITY AND ARE PROUD OF IT! WE PLAN TO EXPAND EVEN MORE IN 2023 AND HOPE TO PROVIDE EVEN MORE PROGRAMS AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNS TO COME AND LEARN.
