THE ORGANIZATION'S DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ACQUIRES LAND AND CONSTRUCTS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
RENTAL OPERATIONS - THE ORGANIZATION IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF A DOMESTIC LLC THAT OPERATES A 37 UNIT LOW-INCOME HOUSING FACILITY IN CHELMSFORD, MA.
