DURING THE YEAR THE NORTH DAKOTA MOTOR CARRIERS OFFERS A NUMBER OF EVENTS THAT PROMOTES SAFETY AND INDUSTRY EDUCATION. AN ANNUAL CONVENTION THAT PROVIDES GENERAL INDUSTRY INFORMATION AND BREAKOUT SESSIONS ON SAFETY & BUSINESS TOPICS. COMPLIANCE SEMINARS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO KEEP TRUCKING COMPANIES CURRENT ON REGULATORY ISSUES THAT IMPACT THE INDUSTRY. A GOLF TOURNAMENT THAT PROVIDES NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND RAISES FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS. A TRUCK DRIVING CHAMPIONSHIP TO PROMOTE AND RECOGNIZE THE SAFETY RECORD OF NORTH DAKOTA TRUCK DRIVERS. IN ADDITION TO EVENTS, THE NORTH DAKOTA MOTOR CARRIERS OFFERS A QUARTERLY MAGAZINE AND WEEKLY EMAIL TO KEEP MEMBERS EDUCATED ON LEGISLATIVE, REGULATORY AND OTHER INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY.
