THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO INFORM IT'S MEMBERSHIP OF CHANGES IN THE POWER AND COMMUNICATION CONTRACTOR INDUSTRY, TO IMPROVE METHODS OF PERFORMING THE SERVICE IN A SAFE MANNER AND TO PROMOTE SAFE PRACTICES WITHIN THE INDUSTRY.
