TO PROVIDE A NETWORK FOR THE EFFECTIVE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITHIN THE CRUSHED STONE INDUSTRY THROUGHOUT MISSOURI AND WITH VARIOUS MINING INDUSTRIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. TO COMMUNICATE THE ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE NATURE OF THE CRUSHED STONE INDUSTRY TO THE PUBLIC AND TO GOVERNMENT.

HELD ANNUAL CONVENTION NOVEMBER 30-DECEMBER 2, 2022. THE CONVENTION INCLUDED AN INDUSTRY ROUNDTABLE FEATURING INDUSTRY LEADERS FROM ACROSS THE COUNTY, AN ANNUAL REPORT ON ASSOCIATION PROJECTS, AWARDS TO RETIRING BOARD MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATION HONOREES, AND OUR ANNUAL SAFETY AWARDS. 420 MEMBERS AND GUESTS ATTENDED.


MEETINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDED SIX BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETINGS, TWO MLPA/MODOT COOPERATIVE COMMITTEE MEETING, TWO ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITTEE MEETINGS, TWO MLPA SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE MEETINGS, AND TWO MLPA CONVENTION COMMITTEE MEETINGS.
