THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO ACTIVITIES OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WHO SERVES AS A LEADER FOR SEVERAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (MANY OF WHICH ARE SUPPORTED BY THE FOUNDATION AND ALL OF WHICH ALIGN WITH THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION). THE SUPPORT INCLUDES PROVIDING AN OFFICE AND PAYROLL FOR A COLLEGE INTERN TO ASSIST THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RECEIVES NO COMPENSATION FOR HER SERVICES.
