WOMEN IN CHARGE PROVIDED HISET PREPARATION, COUNSELING, PARENTING, COMPUTER CLASSES, YOGA, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND INSTRUCTION TO 39 WOMEN IN THE LAST ACADEMIC YEAR AND PROVIDED OUTREACH SERVICES TO ANOTHER 85 WOMEN. AVERAGE READING IMPROVEMENT AFTER 60 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION WAS 17% OR 3 GRADE LEVELS.
WOMEN IN CHARGE SERVED 24 CHILDREN DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR, PROVIDING PRE-K EDUCATION AS WELL AS BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.
