THE FORUM ACHIEVES THESE OBJECTIVES BY A COLLABORATION AMONG MEMBERS FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS; SOCIAL AGENCIES, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY, AS WELL AS CONCERNED CITIZENS.
