PROGRAM SERVICES FOCUSED ON CLIENT ADVOCACY WHICH INCLUDED A HOTLINE THAT IS STAFFED 24/7. CLIENT ADVOCATES ALSO PROVIDED COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND EDUCATION, SUPPORTED BY PRIVATE DONATIONS. PROGRAMS WERE PRESENTED TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH CLUBS, CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS. IN ADDITION, COPE PROVIDED EDUCATION AND AWARENESS INCLUDING PARTNERING CLASSES AND UTILIZATION OF GRANTS FOR DIRECT SERVICES TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT RESOURCES AVAILABLE AND ABOUT THE UNIQUE DYNAMICS INVOLVING VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSUALT.
