SUBSIDIZED TRAVEL FOR VOLUNTEER WORKERS, ALONE AND IN GROUPS, TO PARTICIPATE INSINGLE-DAY AND MULTI-DAY "LABOR EXCHANGE" BETWEEN MEMBER AND ASSOCIATE EGALITARIANCOMMUNITIES, PROMOTING A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE UNIQUE AND DIFFERING CULTURE ANDBUSINESS OF OUR MEMBER COMMUNITIES. LABOR EXCHANGE SERVES TO ASSIST THE HOSTINGCOMMUNITY IN COMPLETING SPECIAL PROJECTS, AS WELL AS PROVIDING COMMUNITY MEMBERS THEOPPORTUNITY TO GAIN NEW INSIGHTS INTO COOPERATIVE LIVING, AND TO SHARE SKILLS ANDLEARNING.
