THE PERSON-CENTERED CARE PHILOSOPHY IS WOVEN INTO EVERY ASPECT OF LIVING AND WORKING IN OUR MINISTRIES. ASCENSION LIVING OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF CARE OPTIONS FOR SENIORS ACROSS THE CONTINUUM OF CARE TO GIVE SENIORS THE BEST CARE AVAILABLE AS THEY MOVE THROUGH LIFE AND TRANSITION FROM ONE LEVEL OF CARE REQUIRED TO THE NEXT.
