RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM SERVICE:CCRSI OPERATES 4 RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME FACILITIES. WE HAVE ONE 10 OCCUPANT RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING; TWO 10 OCCUPANT RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS; AND, A 9 PERSON GROUP HOME. THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS PROVIDE 24 HOUR PROTECTIVE OVERSIGHT (365 DAYS/YEAR) AND TRAINING/SUPPORT IN ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING. STAFF ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS AND SUPPORT THEM IN EFFORTS TO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY. SPECIFIC BEHAVIORAL OBJECTIVES ARE DEVELOPED BY A TEAM OF PEOPLE TO ASSIST EACH RESIDENT IN MEETING INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND ENDEAVORS. EFFORTS ARE DOCUMENTED AS SUPPORTS HAPPEN AND SUCCESS MEASURED ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED LIVING (ISL) CCRSI SUPPORTS 8 INDIVIDUALS IN ISL SETTINGS. THESE 8 INDIVIDUALS RESIDE IN A 16-UNIT RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING AND RECEIVE ISL SERVICES. IN THISCONGREGATE SETTING, STAFF PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTS TO EACH PERSON TO ACCOMPLISH SPECIFIC GOALS AND OBJECTIVES DEVELOPED FOR THEM BY A TEAM. THE OBJECTIVES ARE INDIVIDUALIZED TO EACH PERSON'S WANTS/NEEDS. WE PROVIDE ON-SITE STAFF 24 HOURS/DAY, 365 DAYS/YEAR - TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ALL RESIDENTS IN THE ISL. SUPPORTS AND SERVICES ARE DOCUMENTED AS THEY HAPPEN AND EVALUATED AND MEASURED FOR SUCCESS MONTHLY.
COLE COUNTY RESPITE PROVIDES RELIEF FROM THE DAILY ROUTINE OF CAREGIVING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. IT OFFERS TEMPORARY AND SHORT-TERM OVERSIGHT OF THE SAFETY, WELL-BEING, AND DAILY LIVING NEEDS OF PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. RESPITE SERVICES MAY BE AN HOURLY BASIS OR 24-HOUR ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS AGED 13 AND OLDER.
