HOUSES OF HOPE HAS CONTINUED TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE USE AND RELATED MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS, OFFERING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR INTEGRATION BACK INTO THIS COMMUNITY. WE HAVE EVOLVED INTO THREE PROGRAMS AND FOUR RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES WHICH ARE ADEQUATELY STAFFED FOR THE LEVEL OF SERVICE EACH PROVIDES.

TOUCHSTONE IS A SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN). HOUSES OF HOPE AND CENTERPOINTE COLLABORATE TO PROVIDE A 20 BED SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR THOSE STRUGGLING WITH SEVERE SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND POSSIBLE CO-OCCURING MENTAL HEALTH. IT IS DEFINED AS A 3.5 ASAM LEVEL OF CARE TO TREAT ADULT MEN AND WOMEN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 19-65. AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY FOR INDIVIDUALS IN SERVICE ARE BETWEEN 35-42 DAYS. TOUCHSTONE ACCEPTS PAYOR SOURCES OF MEDICAID, REGION II AND V CONTRACTED SERVICES, AND COMMERCIAL INSURANCE.
HOUSES OF HOPE HALFWAY HOUSE IS THREE HALFWAY HOUSE FACILITIES. HOUSES OF HOPE HALFWAY HOUSE PROGRAM PROVIDES SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT FOR UP TO 36 ADULT MALES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 19-65. MEN REFERRED TO THE PROGRAM TYPICALLY HAVE COMPLETED RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT AND ADMIT TO THE HALFWAY HOUSE PROGRAM TO LEARN AND ENHANCE THEIR INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TO REINTERGRATE BACK INTO SOCIETY. IT IS CONSIDERED A 3.1 ASAM LEVEL OF CARE. MEN INVOLVED IN THE PROGRAM ARE REQUIRED TO WORK 35 HOURS A WEEK MINIMUM AND ATTEND 8 HOURS OF PROGRAMMING THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY IS 90 DAYS TO 6 MONTHS. FUNDING IS MEDICAID AND REGION II AND V CONTRACTS.
TASC (TARGETED ADULT SERVICE COORDINATION) IS A COLLABORATION BETWEEN HOUSES OF HOPE, BLUE VALLEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LUTHERAN FAMILY SERVICES AND THE BRIDGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. THE TASC PROGRAM IS DEISGNED TO ENHANCE THE EMERGENCY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SYSTEM WITHIN REGION V BY PROVIDING TIMELY AND EFFICIENT SERVICES. SERVICES OFFERED ARE CRISIS RESPONSE AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS REFERRED TO THE PROGRAM TO ASSIST THEM IN MANAGING THEIR SUBSTANCE USE AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY IN THE COMMUNITY. PROGRAM IS STAFFED BY CASE MANAGERS AND A PROGRAM DIRECTOR.
