TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR STUDENTS OF THE SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY AND REGULARLY MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY BY MANAGING THE CLEANING, REPAIRS, AND UTILITIES THEREIN. IN 2022, THE OLD HOUSE WAS TORN DOWN AND A NEW HOUSE WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH THE STUDENTS LIVING IN TEMPORARY HOUSING THROUGH PART OF 2023. THE NEW HOUSE IS NOW OPEN AND IN USE.
