FREEWAY HOMES, INC WAS ORGANIZED TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX OF 64 UNITS. THE PROJECT IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS RESULTING FROM THE ORGANIZATION'S HOUSING ASSISTANCE (HAP) CONTRACT. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CO-OP HOUSING TO LOW INCOME PEOPLE. THE AFFAIRS OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE MANAGED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
