SHELTERED EMPLOYMENT: OUR ORGANIZATIONAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS IN A CARING SHELTERED WORKSHOP SETTING. PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND INDIVIDUALS ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM. THE DEPARTMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION (DESE) CERTIFIES ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS SO THEY MAY LEARN SKILLS IN PACKAGING, ASSEMBLY, COLLATING AND MACHINE OPERATION AS PART OF OUR COMPUTER DISASSEMBLING PROGRAM. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, COMPUTERS THAT ARE DONATED TO GOODWILL BY THE COMMUNITY AND LOCAL BUSINESS ARE DISASSEMBLED AND THE PARTS ARE RECYCLED.
