ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY THE URBAN LEAGUE WILL EDUCATE AND EMPOWER AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHERS TO ACHIEVE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND WEALTH ACCRUAL BY PRIORITIZING LADDERS OUT OF POVERTY PROGRAMMING.
