THE ORGANIZATION HAD NO FINANCIAL ACTIVITY SINCE CALENDAR YEAR 2016. THE STATE OF IOWA ADMINISTRATIVELY DISSOLVED THE ORGANIZATION IN 2021 FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER THE 2021 BIENNIAL REPORT. THE REMAINING CASH ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED PRIOR TO 12/31/21 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS GOVERNING INSTRUMENT.
