DESIGNATED GRANTS - REALTY HOLDINGS INC OF THE QUAD CITIES COMMUNITY FOUNDATION HOLDS LAND BASED ON THE INTENTIONS OF THE DONOR, WHICH MAY INCLUDE RETAINING FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. ONCE SPECIFIED TIME OR OTHER FACTORS ARE MET, LAND IS SOLD AND THE NET PROCEEDS OF THE SALE ARE GRANTED TO THE ORGANIZATIONS DESIGNATED BY THE DONOR AT THE TIME OF THE GIFT OF LAND.
