UIRPC IS THE LESSEE OF A MASTER GROUND LEASE WITH THE STATE OF IOWA AND LEASES BUILDING SITES AND SPACE TO GROWING COMPANIES THAT DESIRE SUSTAINED RESEARCH RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE UI.IN THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022 UIRPC MANAGED THIRTEEN LAND LEASES. INCOME FROM THESE LEASES TOTALED $214,203 WHILE OPERATING EXPENSES TOTALED $216,185. FOURTEEN OF A TOTAL OF TWENTY-SEVEN LOTS REMAIN TO BE LEASED.
