HOSPICE OF DUBUQUE'S MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH AN INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF PHYSICIANS, NURSES, SOCIAL WORKERS, AIDES, CHAPLAINS, THERAPISTS, COUNSELORS AND VOLUNTEERS. BEREAVEMENT SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO SURVIVORS OF HOSPICE PATIENTS, AS WELL AS TO THE COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION, HOSPICE OF DUBUQUE PROVIDES PALLIATIVE CONSULTING SERVICES ON A LIMITED BASIS AND PUBLISHES A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER ON END-OF-LIFE EDUCATION FOR THE COMMUNITY.
