THE FAIR HELPS TO INSTRUCT AND TRAIN THE PUBLIC IN THE AREAS OF AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, DOMESTIC MANUFACTURING, MECHANICS, HOUSEHOLD ECONOMY, RURAL PRACTICE, STOCK RAISING AND FOOD PREPARATION IN ORDER TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP THE CAPABILITIES OF SURROUNDING CITIZENS.
