A RURAL WATER SYSTEM THAT IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SAFE, HIGH QUALITY WATER TO RURAL RESIDENTS IN THE IOWA COUNTIES OF LYON AND SIOUX AS WELL AS THE IOWA CITIES OF ALVORD, BOYDEN, DOON, GEORGE, INWOOD, LESTER, MATLOCK AND LARCHWOOD.
