EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO ACHIEVE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES IN A SHELTERED ENVIRONMENT OR IN THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND TRAINING. NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS SERVED: 172 HDC ENTERPRISES IS A WORK ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A JOB AND EARN A PAYCHECK. ASSOCIATES ARE HIRED AS REGULAR HDC EMPLOYEES AND ARE AFFORDED THE SAME BENEFITS AS ALL OTHER PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AT HDC.
