COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT- PROMOTING SPENCER OUTSIDE OF ITS CITY BOUNDARY BY PROMOTING OUR AREA TO VISITORS AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO CONSIDER SPENCER FOR THEIR NEXT CONVENTION OR MEETING DESTINATION AS WELL AS EXPLORING THE MANY ATTRACTIONS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OF SPENCER AND CLAY COUNTY.
