PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF OUR YOUTH THROUGH FUNDING OF ELKS PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE DRUG AWARENESS PROGRAM, HOOP SHOOT, AND THE BOY SCOUTS AND GIRL SCOUTS.
TO PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS AND FUNDING TO ASSIST OTHER ELKS MEMBERS AS WELL AS OUR VETERANS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.
