TOTAL REPORTED STUDENT HOURS: 3,016. 55% OF STUDENTS IMPROVED ON STANDARDIZED TESTS. 73% ACHIEVED BENCHMARKS INCLUDING IMPROVED LITERACY AND LANGUAGE SKILLS, EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS, ENTERED OTHER EDUCATION, OBTAINED US CITIZENSHIP, INCREASED INVOLVEMENT IN CHILDREN'S EDUCATION, OBTAINED CONSUMER SKILLS, ATTAINED WELLNESS GOALS, OR MET OTHER PERSONAL GOALS. NEW WORDS - LITERARY ARTS PROJECT. VOLUNTEER TUTOR WORKSHOPS; WRITING INSTRUCTION; PUBLICATION OF 4 ISSUES OF A NEWSPAPER (PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL); DISTRIBUTION OF THE NEWSPAPER; PUBLIC READING.
