IN 2021, RREAL COMPLETED SOLAR SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FAMILIES, LOWERING ENERGY BILLS AND PROVIDING HOUSING STABILITY FOR NEW HOMEOWNERS.ALSO IN 2021, RREAL SUPPORTED SOLAR INTERNSHIPS AT WHITE EARTH TRIBAL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE (WETCC). SOLAR EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS LIKE THIS HELP TO EXPAND AND DIVERSIFY THE CLEAN ENERGY WORKFORCE AND PREPARE MORE INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES TO TAKE PART IN AND BENEFIT FROM ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE CLEAN ENERGY SECTOR. RREAL ALSO WORKED WITH PARTNERS TO COMPLETE SOLAR PROJECTS IN LIBERIA AND KANSAS.
