NASCOLA'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EXTERNAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT (PROFICIENCY TESTING) FOR TESTS USED TO DIAGNOSE BLEEDING OR PROTHROMBOTIC DISORDERS, THEREBY PROMOTING HIGH STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE AND PRACTICE FOR SPECIALIZED COAGULATION LABORATORIES IN THE USA, CANADA, MEXICO, CENTRAL AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN.
