BARGAINING UNITS ARE PROVIDED SERVICES INCLUDING GRIEVANCE HANDLING, EMPLOYER RELATIONS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS. MSEA IS A DEMOCRATIC UNION DIRECTED BY ITS MEMBERSHIP.
