WE PARTNER WITH OVER 3,000 EMPLOYERS AND ARE, IN FACT, THE LARGEST EMPLOYERS ASSOCIATION IN THE MIDWEST. MRA HAS OVER 200 HR AND BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE POISED TO HELP YOU CULTIVATE ENGAGED, PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEES AND TO CREATE A STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

MRA PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS SUCH AS A 24/7 HOTLINE TO GIVE MEMBERS ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGEABLE HUMAN RESOURCES COUNSELORS; WAGE, SALARY, AND BENEFIT SURVEYS; HUMAN RESOURCE UPDATES FROM LEADERSHIP TRENDS TO EMPLOYMENT LAW; ONLINE TOOLS AND TEMPLATES;DISCOUNTS ON TRAINING PROGRAMS; AND REDUCED PRICING ON SEVERAL PARTNERS PROGRAMS. DURING 2023, MRA HAD APPROXIMATELY 3,700 MEMBERS.
