THE PROGRAMS PROVIDE EARLY LEARNING AND CHILD CARE PROGRAMS FOR INFANTS, TODDLERS, AND PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN. THE PROGRAM SERVICES ARE DIRECTED TO THE LITTLE EARTH COMMUNITY, THE AMERICAN INDIAN COMMUNITY, AND THE PHILLIPS NEIGHBORHOOD. THE PROGRAMS INCLUDE: A BABY'S SPACE, FAMILY PARTNERSHIP SERVICES, AND DOMESTIC ABUSE PROJECT.
