TO PROMOTE ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ENABLE LGBTQ+ ATTORNEYS TO BECOME MORE PROFICIENT IN THEIR PROFESSION; TO SPONSOR EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES AND PROGRAMS FOR LGBTQ+ BAR ASSOCIATIONS; AND STUDY AND EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE: THE CONFERENCE BRINGS TOGETHER THE SHARPEST LEGAL MINDS IN THE LGBTQ+ LEGAL COMMUNITY. THE MOST EXPERIENCED VISIONARY AND INNOVATIVE PRACTITIONERS, SCHOLARS AND POLICY ADVOCATES AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY STIMULATE ATTORNEYS THINKING, AND CHALLANGE THE ATTENDEES PERSPECTIVE ON WHAT THE LAW CAN DO TO CREATE EQUAL JUSTICE. THE CONFERENCE PROVIDES OVER A DOZEN CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS IN MOST JURISDICTIONS FOR LEGAL PRACTITIONERS.


SPEAKING/OUTREACH: THE ASSOCIATION AFFIRMATIVELY LIAISES WITH ENTITIES WITHIN OTHER PROFESSIONAL GROUPS THAT AFFECT THE LEGAL PROFESSION SUCH AS LEGAL EDUCATION GROUPS, LEGAL PLACEMENT ASSOCIATIONS, AS WELL AS OTHER VARIOUS BAR ASSOCIATIONS, INCLUDING MANDATORY, SPECIALTY AND MINORITY BARS.
